We use PayPal as a payment system. Your secure shopping is 100% guaranteed. You can pay by major credit cards such as VISA, Master and Amex even if you don't own PayPal account. If PayPal won't accept your credit cards, make a call or email to their Help Center.
We will process and ship out your order 1 to 4 working days after receiving your payment. A shipping notice email will also been sent to you once the order shipped out along with a Tracking Code so you can check the status of the order if you decide to add the extra tracking code.
We provide Standard shipping and Express shipping. For the Standard Shipping, It may takes 12-20 Days to arrive. For the Express Shippin, It may take 7-12 Days to arrive.
Upon receipt of transfer, we will proceed with processing the order and shipping. Once the product is shipped, we provide after ship tracking. What this means is you will receive a notification each time the parcel is moved from one point to another, such as from being sent out, to arrival at terminal, to final delivery - this way you will know exactly where your parcel is at any given point.
If you have not received your order yet, please contact us service@1Onesies.com and give us a few days to respond. If it hasn't been 30 days after your order, please refrain and allow time for your product to arrive. If it doesn't arrive after 30 business days we will fully refund you.

The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification. Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered. No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at service@1Onesies.com before 5pm EST the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.
